Terms and Conditions

The purchase of gift vouchers is subject to the following conditions:

• Each gift voucher is for single use and per person.
• To purchase a gift voucher, the customer must register to create an account.
• The customer has 1 month to download the gift voucher from the date of purchase; after this period, the download will no longer be available.
• The same customer may purchase as many gift vouchers as they wish, bearing in mind that each is for single use and per person.
• Each gift voucher grants access only to the services specified in the document.
• Each gift voucher grants access to the services only until the date specified in the document.
• Gift vouchers have an expiration date of 3 months, with said expiration date specified in the document.
• Gift vouchers may be presented in printed or digital format.
• The customer will only be able to access the download after completing the payment.
• If any issue arises with the download, the customer must notify us through the contact form within 48 hours following the issue.
