This is a fully personalized session in which I apply various therapeutic techniques, ranging from Thai massage maneuvers, resistance-based mobilization or Sotai, Ayurvedic massages, moxibustion (heat therapy), cupping, hot stones, gua sha, zonal and cranial acupuncture, supplementation, nutrition tips, to therapeutic Chikung/yoga exercises to practice at home.
Your body will guide me to what it needs at that moment to restore balance.
